The Bergträumli is located on a slope above the village of Rieden SG. Surrounded by meadows and forest, the holiday home can only be reached via a hiking trail. The hiking trail leads across a meadow and is up to 30% steep. In bad weather conditions, good shoes/hiking boots are an advantage. There is no road leading directly to the house. Luggage is transported either from the street above the holiday home (approx. 150 meters, no parking space available) or from the parking lot below the house, from where we live (approx. 300 meters). The Bergträumeli is a private facility and can only be rented by one party. The low room height of approx. 170 - 180 cm contributes to the homely atmosphere.
The cozy living room invites you to linger. The wood pellet heating system provides cozy warmth and heats the entire house.
Delicious meals can be prepared in our spacious kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped.
We offer a total of two bathrooms, small but nice. They have a bathtub/shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is plenty of space in the “Jägerstübli”. An additional bed can be added to the double bed.
The “Holzerstübli” guest room can be rented in addition to the holiday home if required.

You can get a night in the Bergträumeli from CHF 120 for up to five people. Each additional person pays 40 CHF. Up to 12 people can stay in the house. In addition, we charge CHF 80 for cleaning the bed linen and towels as well as for the final cleaning. The wellness area is also charged at a flat rate of CHF 80.
The minimum stay is two nights.
Information on how to get there
The path to the holiday home (hiking path over Wiesland, approx. 150 meters up to a 30% gradient) can be soft and slippery in bad weather. We therefore recommend good footwear (hiking shoes, trekking shoes with good tread). In addition, we recommend packing your luggage in backpacks if possible, this makes it easier to transport to the holiday home.

The Bergträumli stands alone in the middle of a large meadow. The direct neighbors above are approx. 200m away and below approx. 50m. So you can be completely to yourself and enjoy wonderful peace and quiet.
